Right of return policy

Sportissimo Srl recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by law. The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days from receipt of goods.

By that date, the customer is required to send notification via e-mail at sportmo@interfree.it

To proceed to the refund shall be subject to:

  • The products are in perfect condition, without any signs of use, cleaning or installation, with their original box and / or bags, labels, instructions, and everything was included. They should therefore be in the same state in which they were purchased. The same applies for bicycles that, in case of use, can not be returned.
  • The products are not food or items made or custom
  • The sales document (tax receipt / invoice / receipt) is attached
  • Returned merchandise is placed in suitable packaging to ensure their integrity during the return shipping

In case of non-compliance of the points listed above the right of withdrawal DECADE. The sender also takes care of any liability arising from resubmitting the product at our office (such as corruption, non-delivery, delay).

Within 14 days of receipt of goods, Sportissimo, after verification, will carry the credit for the exact amount the customer has paid for the purchase of merchandise (including the cost of shipping the first leg). The refund will be made by the same method of payment at time of purchase. The only expenses that the customer must therefore support to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for sending the goods at our office (and the costs of packaging).

In the event that, after the return, did not receive any updates within 10 working days please contact customer service.
If you want to change the product with another you need to return it for a refund and make a new order.


Defective product just received (within 10 days)

In the event of a defective product, please contact us to present the problem in order to assess whether it is solvable without the return and, if necessary, Sportissimo Srl, in most cases, make a withdrawal with your courier. Within the delivery by the customer we will recommend a cost-tracing: Sportissimo is not responsible for goods not received or damaged, and the reimbursement of expenses incurred has a limit.

Submission Errors

In the case of items sent incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.


NON-EU countries

If the return is from non-EU countries please state outside of the package "Returned goods - failed sale" and the order number.
When filling out documents for customs (CN22 and / or CN23) you must state this and attach them outside of the package. Without such information, the package will return to the sender.
Before making the return inquire with their national authorities if there is the possibility of a refund of tax and VAT paid.


Bulky products

Bicycle or bulky products to be returned should contact us first for some suggestions and to check if there is the possibility of withdrawal by our courier with more favorable rates
